It works by accessing the subconscious mind and helping to rewire negative thought patterns and beliefs. During a hypnotherapy session, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where your mind is more receptive to positive suggestions, leading to improved well-being and increased happiness.

During hypnotherapy, you’ll experience a deep state of relaxation, similar to the feeling you get when you’re about to drift off to sleep. You’ll be completely in control and aware of your surroundings, but your mind will be more receptive to positive suggestions. It’s a peaceful and calming experience.

If you go back to traumatic memories during hypnotherapy, I will guide you through the experience and help you to reframe and reinterpret those memories in a more positive way. This can lead to a reduction in the negative emotions associated with those memories and can help you to move forward with more confidence and resilience.

The effectiveness of hypnotherapy sessions is not affected by whether they are conducted online or face-to-face. Both ways work very well. The advantage of being in your own home, is you do not have to drive, and you can rest straight away afterwards.
